Foundation Board

The AREMA Educational Foundation Board of Directors exercises the authority and powers of the Educational Foundation, sets its objectives and policies in consonance with its Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws, and attends generally to its government and finances. The Board of Directors of the Foundation presently consists of the current President, Past President, Treasurer and Executive Director/CEO of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA), and two Additional Directors serving (3) three-year terms.
